Two big events at Paramount Antique Mall and Paramount Marketplace in Wichita are sure to keep you busy as you try to lose those pesky holiday pounds.

The stores’ annual Holiday Sale takes place Dec. 12-Jan. 1, when shoppers receive 10%-30% off throughout the store. And for a groovy time and some late-night shopping, boogie on down to the stores’ Disco Christmas on Dec. 18, when both stores will be open late, with a special celebration between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Christmas Small Mall ensures you won’t break the bank shopping for the holidays

The C.W. Parker Carousel Museum’s tradition of selling cost-effective gifts to the little elves in your family continues with its annual Children’s Small Mall, Dec. 6-7 at the museum in Leavenworth.

Children ages 3-13 can buy a variety of $5-$7 gifts for their loved ones; this is the 20th year for the event. Shoppers can stick around for a free carousel ride as well.
