Southside marks first anniversary with storewide sale

Now that it’s passed its one-year anniversary, Southside Flea Market in St. Joseph is celebrating the milestone with a storewide sale on March 7.

Customers can save 15% off the final price storewide; in addition, the store will open an hour early at 9 a.m. and close at 6 p.m.

“We appreciate being a part of the community and want to pass our gratitude on to the customer,” according to a written statement from the flea market. “Swing by to see our selection of antiques, collectibles, pop culture, coins, currency, and more.”

Antique Spectacular Vintage Market returns

The Antique Spectacular Vintage Market will come back to Rock Island from March 6-8.

Held at the QCCA Expo Center, the twice-yearly market features row upon row of vendors selling antiques, vintage, jewelry, clothing, furniture, original art, seasonal décor, coins, collectibles and more. The market will return in November for its winter show. Admission is free.

Walk in a vintage wonderland at Winterfest

The Winterfest Flea Market, Antique and Junk Festival is returning to Lincoln with winter deals on a variety of items. The event takes place Feb. 28-March 1 at the Sandhills Global Events Center.

More than 100 vendors will be on site, selling antiques and collectibles, furniture, advertising, glassware, pottery, dolls, toys, comics, signs, primitives, repurposed items, yard art, flea market finds, and handcrafted goods, among others. Parking for the event is free.
